EXHIBITOR INSTRUCTIONS & SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
SEPTEMBER 15, 16, 17, 2014 DRURY HOTEL SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO
SUPER LOCATION!! GREAT AMENITIES!! The 2014 September conference will be held at the Drury Hotel 228 palace Santa Fe, New Mexico. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast daily, a complimentary full bar (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) daily, free soda & popcorn daily, & free wireless internet access.
ATTENDEES: Sheriffs and staff representing over 16 western states
EXIBITOR FEES: Each single booth is $550 or $525 if paid before 8/8/14, if you need more exhibit space you will be charged for each additional booth. Vehicle display is $750 per vehicle or $725 if paid by 8/8/14.
BOOTH APPLICATION & DEADLINES: Booth fee is $550 & Vehicle Displays $750. If your booth or vehicle registration fee is paid by August 8, 2014 you will receive a $25 discount. All fees must be paid by September 5, 2014.
5X8 BOOTH: Includes one 6’ table, 2 chairs, pipe & drape, signage, two representative badges, two conference bags, two attendees at Monday’s evening reception, two attendees for Tuesday lunch, and listed in conference program directory.
ELECTRICAL AND WIFI: $50 charge for electrical, free internet and Wi-Fi.
ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FEE: Any additional representative over the two allotted will be charged $75.
CONFERENCE BAG MATERIAL: $75 Your product samples or literature in all conference bags for attendees. NEED MATERIAL SHIPPED TO HOTEL BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2014.
BREAK SPONSOR: $1,000 PER DAY Includes signage at meeting & registration halls plus the conference program.
LUNCH SPONSOR: $2,000 Two opportunities available. Includes signage in program & all meeting halls, PLUS being able to address the sheriffs or wardens in a meeting.
MONDAY OPENING RECEPTION: $3,500 PER SPONSOR Recognition of your company at reception and signage in program and meeting halls.

SPACE ALLOCATION: Booth location is determined on a first come first served basis with payment of booth or vehicle fees. Booth spaces will be assigned after the AUGUST 8, 2014. discounted payment deadline and booth fees are paid in the order booth & vehicle registration forms were submitted to TBSC. Be sure to send your registration and payment in promptly to avoid disappointment
VENDOR SET UP: MONDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2014 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you are displaying vehicles we need them by 12:00 PM SEPTEMBER 15, 2014.
EXHIBIT HALL HOURS: MONDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2014 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, SEPTEMBER 17, 2014 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Vendor tear down to follow.

PARTICIPATION POLICY: Representatives and organizations that have not been assigned official exhibit space will be restricted from attending or distributing promotional materials of any type within the exhibit or meeting areas.
PAYMENT DEADLINES: Discounted booth & vehicle payments are due on or before AUGUST 8, 2014. ALL booth or vehicle fees must be paid by SEPTEMBER 5, 2014.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be submitted in writing to the TBSC by AUGUST 8th, 2014 to receive a refund less a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds after this date unless space is resold.
